Restocking Fee

30-Day Return Policy with 20% Restocking Fee for Unopened, Unused Items

  1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Only unopened and unused items will be accepted for return.
  • Items must have all original labels, tags, and packaging fully intact.
  • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  1. Return Process:
  • Initiate the return process by contacting our Customer Service team at online@chokogear.com or 705-526-2248 EXT. 234 within 30 days of your delivery.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or a return shipping label, which is necessary for processing your return.
  1. Restocking Fee:
  • All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • The restocking fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the item.
  • This fee is intended to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with processing returns.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and traceable return of the item.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and assess the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the applicable 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  1. Exceptions:
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our Customer Service team immediately.
  • We will guide you through the process of returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
